Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Currently, our standard shipping rates within Bangladesh are as follows:

• Inside Dhaka: 70 BDT (Estimated delivery: 1-2 Working days)
• Outside Dhaka: 130 BDT (Estimated delivery: 2-3 Working days)

3. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Bangladesh. We are working on expanding our reach and hope to offer international shipping in the near future.

4. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@clocobd.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
