Return & Refund Policy

Guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of the original delivery date. If 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags and labels must remain attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned. Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards.
  • Some health and personal care items.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@clocobd.com or call our hotline. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, or sent via mobile banking (e.g., bKash) within a certain amount of days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired item.
